The women at the counter thought that the black garment color was removed. She took the garment to ask a specialist in the back room. The specialist thought it was a stain and could be removed. I paid for the Holly care$15.00. When I picked it up the receptionist said the color had been removed and they could not fix it. I took it home took a black manic marker snd restored the black color. I am very disappointed and will not return to your stote

Unfortunately, since there was color loss on the garment and you wanted it cleaned, there was no way for this loss to be removed. Left a silk blouse to be cleaned. Did not remove the spot.

We do try and let customers know if we were unable to get a particular stain out using special tags attached to the piece during packaging. I apologize if one of those was not properly placed on your order. We are however, always more than happy to re-do a garment free of charge. I waited and waited for ever until they found my item in the back! Apparently it was put in the wrong place! But no one informed me that they were still looking so I thought they had forgotten me... no one around to ask! When they finally found it.. I didn't hear apology or a thank you!

I’m a new customer. When I dropped off my laundry I was told that as a new customer I would get a discount. However when my husband picked up the laundry a week later they charged full costs.
