Left a silk blouse to be cleaned. Did not remove the spot.
I waited and waited for ever until they found my item in the back! Apparently it was put in the wrong place! But no one informed me that they were still looking so I thought they had forgotten me... no one around to ask! When they finally found it.. I didn't hear apology or a thank you!
I’m a new customer. When I dropped off my laundry I was told that as a new customer I would get a discount. However when my husband picked up the laundry a week later they charged full costs.
