Ruined my wool + cashmere sweater..stained it with blue dye. It was a $2,500 dollar sweater. No apology. They washed it, shrunk it and then told me to send it back. I am not going there anymore and they are not the best of Boston. Marie Mailman
Drapes are not one bit cleaner that they were before the cleaning.
The drapes were cleaned on site. They are not one bit cleaner than before they were cleaned. Not worth money or the effort !!!

Dear Ms. Roberts- Once again, I am sorry you were not happy with the results of your drapery cleaning however, I assure you your drapes are clean. Our process is designed to clean dust mites, allergens and toxins that are unseen yet live on the fabric of window treatments. I have attached an article that addresses this exact issue. Completely removing soot would have required your drapes be taken down and washed. There is still no telling whether or not the stains would have come out as we don't know how long they were there... read more
Dry cleaning good - my husbands shirts are not. Buttons are being broken & replaced with non matching ones. This ruins very expensive shirts.... not good would switch and probably still will
