Very poor experience with Holly cleaners Newton Rude staff The general manager was not helpful at all Did not address any of my concerns considering I spent thousands of dollars to get clothes cleaned and pressed . None of the clothes were pressed Just Bagged and sent to me . Unfortunate that the staff don’t feel the need for their customers to be satisfied . Would be nice if the owners presence was felt as there was no one to address my concerns considering it was about the general manager who hung up on me

Ms. Sundar, I'm sorry you were unhappy with the services we provided at Holly Cleaners. When you dropped your clothes in November and requested them to be put in bags, our manager, Angus, specifically advised you against it. This is simply not the way things are done. We spend a great deal of time pressing each garment individually and as one can imagine, folding them after is counter productive. Ruined my wool + cashmere sweater..stained it with blue dye. It was a $2,500 dollar sweater. No apology. They washed it, shrunk it and then told me to send it back. I am not going there anymore and they are not the best of Boston. Marie Mailman
