Ruined my wool + cashmere sweater..stained it with blue dye. It was a $2,500 dollar sweater. No apology. They washed it, shrunk it and then told me to send it back. I am not going there anymore and they are not the best of Boston. Marie Mailman
Drapes are not one bit cleaner that they were before the cleaning.
The drapes were cleaned on site. They are not one bit cleaner than before they were cleaned. Not worth money or the effort !!!
Dry cleaning good - my husbands shirts are not. Buttons are being broken & replaced with non matching ones. This ruins very expensive shirts.... not good would switch and probably still will
The women at the counter thought that the black garment color was removed. She took the garment to ask a specialist in the back room. The specialist thought it was a stain and could be removed. I paid for the Holly care$15.00. When I picked it up the receptionist said the color had been removed and they could not fix it. I took it home took a black manic marker snd restored the black color. I am very disappointed and will not return to your stote
