Excellent dry cleaning at the newton centre location. The manager is very nice and the rep Max is very polite and professional. The location is very good as a drycleaner. They stand behind their quality.
Cassie was most attentive to my concerns of a slight ink stroke that another dry cleaner could not remove from an expensive blouse. With Holly Craft, the results were perfect! She also removed makeup at the collar from another garment left behind from prior dry cleaning. I am now a life long customer and will always have my clothes cleaned at Holly!

The dry cleaning quality is inconsistent. Sometimes it is good and sometimes it is horrible. The cost is very high. The difficulty is not knowing which result I will get. However, the service has always been amazing and when mistakes are made, they are quick to correct them. I just wish I could rely on them providing quality clothing care.
Great service items are always clean without any problems in a quick and efficient manner. I’ve been to many cleaners over the years but I keep on coming back to Holly’s it’s just that good .
I have been going to Holly Cleaners for nearly 20 years. I have rarely ever had a problem – and In the rare instance I have, it gets remedied immediately. It is a top-quality cleaner - I don’t think you could possibly find a better, more reputable and reliable company.
