Delivery service is great, very reliable. Shirts and pants are always neat and well pressed. Button repair work leaves a lot to be desired.
We really wanted to give 5 stars on the quality of the cleaners, but they lost 2 pairs of our pants! If you can find the pants, we'll change it to 5 stars. Thank you!

Everything worked out well. Excited to have a Green cleaner in Chicago. I did have a pair of pants that got cleaned that were missing a button and dress that the hem was coming undone for. Would have loved for those to be fixed as part of the auto-fix program was a little disappointed they weren't.
There are two reasons that I choose to use Greener Cleaners for my dry cleaning needs. Aside from the professionalism, their customer service is exemplary. There is never a time that I'm not greeted by name, and with a smile. Shawanna is wonderful!!!

I am satisfied with the quality of the cleaning and pressing of the dress shirts. The shirts were delivered to me on hangers. I asked the shirts to be folded which most cleaners interpret to include enclosing each folded shirt in a plastic covering and all of the shirts placed in a bag or box. I prefer folding as it is more convenient for travel. This was my first experience with Greener Cleaner so I was provided with a bag which contained the shirts.
