Pick up and drop off went smoothly. Everything seems well cleaned and pressed. My only complaint is an abundance of lint on the shirts that I had to clean off.
My clothes look quite good, and I so much appreciate the environmentally conscious approach. Upon my second visit to pick up my clothes, I was told that one item (winter coat) was not ready. I was planning to go out of town, and was hoping to use this coat, so it was unfortunate. The employee was cordial, and offered to give a discount due to this situation. Items came out perfect. Loved it...much much better than others around. Need improvement on customer service and knowledge of the clerks at the register....did not know exact pricing nor knew how to process a discount or coupon.
