Overall service is good however I have noticed that when my housekeeper puts specific notes re: stain removal and spot cleaning it never gets completed. Also, I have recently had a few problems with items being misplaced.

P/U and delivery was very good. My only negative was how wrinkled my slacks came out and how poorly the were folded. Do you offer pressing services for laundered clothing? Everything else was very good.
