Experience went smoothly. Carpet is clean. Would have preferred that the delivery man waited till I came up from downstairs and so he could put the carpet inside our unit. I was by myself, at the time and had to ask a stranger to bring it inside.

As always your service and cleaning is great. What made this even better was the offer to deliver a carpet we had dropped off. I had hurt my back and could not carry the carpet back to the car. It was greatly appreciated
