I brought in the dress that is going to be my wedding dress. I needed it hemmed up, but due to the design on the bottom it had to come up from the waist. When I came to pick it up I was not pleased. Tag said it was taken up two inches. There is no way as it was as it was still dragging on the floor. It was also puckered at the waist where she brought it up.
