clothes were ready for pickup, service was prompt and friendly, lots of parking
I brought in my Canada Goose to get cleaned and asked that they take special care as the Goose garments require it. When I got it back home and tried it on, I noticed that the down in the jacket was packed down in areas, some areas more noticeable than others. I am absolutely heartbroken as this was one article of clothing item that I took pride in and took extra care of so it would stand the test of time. You charged me $23 to dry clean my jacket even though I asked I not be dry cleaned and the label said not to. It's still stained to boot. No a great initial impression. You asked so I'm telling you..
Terrible service
We were given the wrong duvet which means that inconveniently I will have to return it and presumably very inconvenient for the persons' duvet that we have. When I discovered this and called - there was no apology given for this mistake or no suggestions on how to resolve it - just "when was I bringing it back". I was called today from the shop and still no apology and acknowledgment of their error. I took in a waterproof ski jacket to replace the zipper but they were unable to fix it because of the glue that was required and they could not guarantee it
Make sure if you say you will call. Call. Also I called about the price and it was 20.50 but I was charged ~$26 when I went to pick it up. Staff was friendly.
Absolutely great driver for pick up and delivery, carpets fresh and clean.
It was quick, which was appreciated, however there is still a stain on my blazer.
