Everything about my dry cleaning experience was good. However, online and in the store, I was told that if I signed up for emails, I would get a coupon to use on my dry cleaning, but I haven't received one!
Experience was friendly and efficient. Clothes look perfect. I thought the price was high though.

Great service at the counter, good turn-around time on the shirts I dropped off, and reasonable price. The one disappointment was that one of the shirts had the chemical kind of cleaning fluid smell in/on it. Which I'm very allergic to.
dropped off my jacket on Thursday was told it would be ready Monday , I dropped in Tuesday and was told my jacket was put in the wrong bag, won't be ready till next Thursday, The woman said she would add a discount, when I came to get my jacket she told me the total and i had to remind her off the discount she promised, Not a big deal but don't offer a discount and seem annoyed that i asked for my discount.
