I brought in two suits (jackets and pants) to be cleaned. Acceptance of the task was quick and my desires were understood. I was asked when I needed them for, and I gave a time to which the attendant replied that I could pick it up the day before. Pickup was also efficient - and I took the opportunity to get myself one of the bags that allows for even speedier dropoff. The woman at the counter was cold and unpersonable. As well, no one working here will tell you what it costs to clean an item unless you ask and even then they don't know without looking up all the information. They expect you to just pay whatever it costs without inquiring. Cleaning is well done but this location is expensive compared to other cleaners.
The sweaters look great and the service works very well.

Great experience with coordinating pick-up over the phone. The driver called just before he arrived & confirmed he would pick up the rugs that I had left on the porch, since I wouldn't be home. Pick on-site was easy. Everyone has been great & very friendly throughout the process! My only suggestion would be to extend the hours available to each pick-up/delivery area - we were not able to be home on the days that drop-off was available so we had to pick the rugs up ourselves.
