It was quick and the alterations were fine. Price was reasonable.
The zipper handle fell off of my NYSCSO Swim Officials jacket. The tailor came out to see the jacket, analyzed the situation, offered option A or B, and then told me the cost difference between them. Once I decided he left and brought back the jacket repaired within 10 minutes. I was impressed. This was my first time at Gi-Ro Cleaners. I'll be back when I need repairs. "You never get a second chance to make a good first impression."
