The Evans road location in Williamsville is great!! Very friendly and got 10 years of stains off my mom's Burberry coat so my daughter could enjoy it. Looks like new!!

I was so impressed with GIRO I will be using them all of the time now. Both Lockport location ( the one further down transit by marks pizza I believe 208 or something) they were so sweet and helpful. Then I had to go up the Hopkins giro to meet with Rosalie I believe her name was for some alterations. OMG she was the sweetest lady every. Someone else did some work to my dress and did a terrible job, she was able to console my tears and she did an amazing job.
