Overall I thought you guys did a good job. Very affordable and the timing was good. I had a hiccup with my last name being spelled wrong in the system which caused a delay in me picking up my shifts. However the one women was very quick to find it and make the edit in the system.
I really l being notified by e-mail when my order is ready. I also think the young lady that waited me was competent and vey knowledgeable
Transaction took place at store in Lockport Plaza. The intake person was prompt and courteous. Signed me up for online services. My raincoat was cleaned and pressed ahead of schedule.

Have been a Gi-Ro customer for many, many years. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else.
The two women I spoke to were very kind and professional. The clothes were done when I was advised and they were properly cleaned and pressed. The reduction in stars came due to alterations. I can visibly see the stitching on the outside of my pant leg and it is not appealing in a professional environment. I also feel their measurement and mine are different. I bought a light grey Michael Kors purse in April and a new red shirt had bled onto the back, sides, and corners of it. I called the store and MK customer service and was told they couldn't help and that the treatment I applied prior to using it was only for water and dirt. I went online looking for a cleaners that did leather and found Gi-Ro Cleaners in the Evans plaza. I emailed them explaining the situation and they said they could help.
