My experience was fine until I was charged for dry cleaning of a shirt. If I would have known it was going to cost $8.53 to have a shirt done I would have never left it. I should have been told about the charge as opposed to getting the surprise when I looked at the bill. I had a coupon for $3.19 per shirt and dropped off 7 shirts which should've been $22.33 but was charged $27.67. Signed Not Happy

Pleasant experience. My order done early, which was great!
I get my shirts laundered frequently. They always come back perfectly cleaned, starchedd and ironed in fewer days than expected. One suggestion...I encourage you to encourage your customers to purchase the your reusable garment bags to lessen the use of plastic.
