Service is good. But prices are too high and the button front dress shirt collars are not folded or creased properly. Use two of the plastic clips, one on each side of the collar at the top button.

Their drivers are the worst and will make your neighbors mad as they will use their drive ways for pick or turn arounds to get your dry cleaning. The customer service is nonexistent and matches how their drivers perform. Hand up on you when you ask why are you coming to my house when I don't have your service??? Worst company in Buffalo
Always have my summer quilt cleaned and GiRo does a nice job laundering it....but the price of $26 and that's after 20 % off... WOW, going to have to find another place or do myself in the future 😕.
You guys have always made me happy. Though the other day, went to pick up 2 pairs of pants. Received one the other missing . Half is my Fault , didn't have reciept or email. But they also had no information. One important thing ,, I am positive I took the one pair that was missing. Was a regulär pair of Jeans,, had Grass Stein on them. I will still come to you, never been to anyone else.
