In 1925 Gassner joined with Benjamin Mellman and a third friend, Jacob Ritvoe, to incorporate French Dye Works at the location it currently sits today, 935 Farmington Ave. Today, French Cleaners is focused on servicing the loyal customer base and maintaining the high quality and impeccable service so many have come to expect.

The service was great and the staff are wonderful people and conduct themselves very professionally. They also have excellent manners. The customer service was great and the delivery service was also great. I will definitely recommend The French Cleaners to family and friends. The location was very nice and very clean. I also like the fact that the service uses modern technology. I really enjoy the service overall. Thank you.

We have relied on French Cleaners for pick up and delivery weekly service for years! Their service has been outstanding! French is the premier dry cleaner in our area. The garments came out great. Clean and pressed to perfection. But, I had a blazer that the buttons were sewn on, terribly! I expected better from the tailors.
