It was good the Employees they were very nice I like it I will go back to get in there and thank you for cleaning my clothes the came out so good thank you very much
There was this iron mark on the back side of my coat,which wasn’t there at its first place.Disappointed.Also,i had to wait for 30 minutes ro ger my clothes back,as the clerk was on lunch
I dropped off 8 items to be cleaned: some dresses, a pair of pants, top and throw. I had to come 3 separate times to pick up these orders and my total for these 8 items totaled $102.68! Outrageous prices! That computes to $12.85 per item. I will not return!

Sheryl-I am extremely sorry that you had to go three times to pickup. Usually house hold items are promised few days from regular cleaning but still not acceptable. I am going to put $20 cash credit for inconvenience. Also as far as the cost of cleaning, you can start using our web coupons and we send out coupons regularly. Store staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. Wedding dress was not done on time. Dress was hung not as directed causing it to completely break during the wedding.

When I dropped off my husband's shirt for laundry and press I was told it would be ready by the following day at 5pm. We were leaving for a wedding that weekend, so if it wasn't going to be ready by the next day, I would look for somewhere else to take it. I was told it would be ready the next day at 5pm. Cynthia, I want to apologize with your experience with us. I have spoken with both CSRs about this. Shirt was put in with regular day instead of next day. The person you saw at the time of pickup the shirt was a delivery-driver and was waiting for CSR from her bathroom break. Still no excuse, we need to train our CSR. The pants I took in to be tapered and hemmed were horrible. They weren't tapered and the hem job was wrong. Too short now. Haven't had time to go in but a refund and paying for a new pair a pants should be done!!!
I was not happy with the service. The alterations I requested were not completed in full, and what was done was poor. Plus, I wasn't allowed to use a coupon. Very bad service. Will not return.
I had a grease spot on the dress I am wearing to my wedding. I was terrified to take it anywhere and have the fabric ruined. They assured me that they could remove it. The dress came back and looked better than ever. They are so up to date on their technology, texting and emailing me when my order is ready. I am trying to convince all my friends who use old school cleaners that this is the only place in town to go!
