As a working professional, I have a limited time frame in which to deal with the simple things in life such as getting my suits dry cleaned. Which is why I enjoy coming to Four Seasons Cleaners. With the job I have, there are times when my suits or work shirts might develop unsightly stains or unforeseen tears. They have consistently gotten rid of the stains and mended the tears. I have asked repeatedly that they not use the iron-on scan tags. My instructions have been entered into the Four Seasons computer systems. Occasionally, however, I will find a scan tag on my clothes. More often, however, I find marks on my clothes where the scan tags have been placed and removed. The tags leave a permanent mark. When I say that I don't want scan tags on my clothes, I mean I don't want scan tags on my clothes. Is this too much to ask?
I have been very please with your staff at the Carpinteria Store. The young lady and her brother always go out of their way to make sure that my order is corrected. Also, they try to give me a discount if they can . I think that is very nice of them. They are very polite and are happy to see me come in and that is not just to me.
