I am in Palm Springs until April 24/22. I sent all my dry cleaning in my car. When I unpacked, I found that you did not put the plastic collar stays in all my golf shirts. I was very disappointed. I will see you in late April, as I fly to Florida in May. Syd Shafron

I dry cleaned three items, and was not entirely happy with two of them. One was a silk dress which needed repairs in the underarm. It is a designer Alexander McQueen dress so I wanted to take it to a professional. I thought that the mending wasn’t done very neatly, and regretted having it done. The second was a raincoat which needed repairs on a pocket. The repair wasn’t well done and there was still a hole in the pocket when I brought it home.
