I left specific instructions for my friend to pick up her shawl (that had been paid for). The dry cleaners would not give her the shawl when she went to get it; nor would they make it right. They’ve lost a :0 year customer.
I've been extremely happy with all of your services. I just don't always have items that need dry cleaning. I would be happy to continue to use your services but if you require me to use you on a regular basis (ie weekly, bi weekly or monthly) then I am not able to commit to that. I live alone and am retired and only need dry cleaning periodically. Thank you for the 30% discount on my next order. I appreciate it.

I have never been disappointed with Fletchers service. I took a bedspread into be cleaned on Monday, said it would take a week, got an email it was ready two days later👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
