Fletchers are the only dry cleaner I use. Beautiful job every time and have used them for years . Staff are lovely, and so focused on client satisfaction. Love the free parking, and I trust them completely. After moving to Langley, I could not find a cleaner to trust with my treasured items so I still drive in to Fletchers whenever I have cleaning.

I had on a brand new sweater. I moved a flower arrangement over to the sink and the orange powder from the lilies got all over the front and sleeves of my beige sweater. I told Fletchers what happened and they got it all out!!. I trust anything of value to them. Amazing work and nice people!

Always friendly. Always professional. The staff is very knowledgeable and courteous. Fast, easy and good communication if articles of clothing are not ready due to circumstances that were unforeseen. We have been a long time client. Hope they stay in the hood and continue their great business with great service.

It has been a couple of months but I'm still annoyed at being charged a ridiculous amount to have a thread pulled. My husband and I have been life long customers (Babbitt). When I explained to the blase woman at the counter at the fee, she replied, Most of our customers know the minimum altering amount and are fine. If I, who have had tailoring done in the recent past, didn't know, then I am sure there are others.
