The work was very good. The price was outrageous and I was not given an estimate which could have lessened the shock. We were at a difficult point: both of us seniors (one veteran) ere down with Covid; our regular household helpers could not come to do laundry or anything else; and we certainly did not have the energy. Thus, we probably did not have any other options, but I would have liked to been forewarned. If you were able to give us a courtesy discount refund, I would be appreciative. Thank you
