Such caring and professional staff! Roxanne listened to my sad story and asked good questions. She recorded all the necessary information about my stained gown. Later in the week they calked me and told me they recommended a wet cleaning. And Voila a miracle! My big ugly stain vanished. A big hug for Roxanne and to the PROFESSIONAL CLEANER.
