excellent customer service
You’re too expensive, 40$ to dry clean two pairs of shorts.

I brought a pair of men's pants for sewing repair & after the repair was completed they were to press the pants only as the pants had already been laundered. They told me it would be a week but phoned me after 3 days & said everything was ready. I picked up the pants which had been pressed but when I looked at them at home I discovered none of the repairs had been done so I had to go back & leave the pants for another week in the hope that this time the repair would be done
Arrive to pick up the two items the day after they were to be ready. Only one item ready. Came back four days later for the second item, it was incorrectly finished. Now I have to go back for the third time. The error made is one of those commonly made at Fletcher‘s. I have to check every order to make sure they were pressed properly because they don’t seem to be able to understand instructions.

I have requested time and time again to have my dress pants hung when dry cleaned. and time after time they ARE NOT. I would expect that my requests would be followed since it says on the ticket to HANG PANTS AND FOLD SWEATERS. I HAVE JUST SPOKEN WITH THE BROADWAY AND ARBUTUS MANAGER DIANNA Hopefully from now on?? I have been a client for many years now and have requested that ALL PANTS SHOULD BE HUNG. NOT Find ON HANGER. each time I pick up my request is not follow
I dropped off my pants for repair. Upon pick up the desk clerk informed me the item was not fixed due to illness. I wish they had called me to let me know first. I went the next day it was complete. They usually do a good job I can live with someone being sick.
