You charge way too much for the amount of shirts I’ve had ruined by you. These are very expensive shirts that your chemicals destroy after I’ve just purchased them. It’s ridiculous!!!

Hello, I just want to say that I absolutely love the quality of your service! I don't want to go anywhere else. However, there was one small issue that arose when I brought my band new curtains in to be hemmed and pressed. I was told that they would happily hem them but were unable to press them. They could only do clean and press. I explained that my curtains were new and didn't require cleaning but needed pressing. they again said that that was not possible.
