Your prices have become astonishingly high. $21 to clean a t-shirt? Incremental pricing e.g. base price plus more depending on fabric? Two cotton shirts, one $11 the other $7 because one is a darker colour? I’ve had my shirts, suits, etc cleaned at Fletchers for a very long time. Others at your store have said the same thing to me about your pricing. I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

I brought in 4 x shirts to be pressed. They were bought at Costco, were nothing special and was charged $65.00. The shirts were cheaper to buy at retail cost. An absolute and utter rip off. Never ever again will I take my dry cleaning into this establishment.

Cam, the 'owner' of Fletchers Fabricare has told me over the phone to never again do business with them. I am banished as a customer. When I brought my cycling jersey in to the Grace location on September 16, I provided specific direction regarding the small alteration that I wished to have made. I wanted to have the underarm and sleeves seam opened and to have the resulting material edges reinforced so that they would not fray. Reception was very good. But when I arrived home I found out that the starched best had been badly ironed from the inside. I have to bring it back to you so you’ll be able to redo it. Otherwise Fletcher is a good place to go even if it is pricy. Eliane Mey

I came in asking for alterations for a suit that I needed for an event. I was told the suit would be ready by 5pm on the day of the event. Once I arrived at 5, I was told the suit would not be ready in time for my event. This was extremely disappointing. If the suit could not have been ready in time for the event, I would have went elsewhere to have it tailored. I am also extremely uncomfortable paying the full amount for this alteration, as my expectations that were promised by the staff were not met.

I trusted them with an alpaca duvet, and a cotton duvet cover. They completely destroyed the duvet, and told me it happened because although I asked to have it dry cleaned, they water washed it instead, and felted it. They said this happened because it doesn't have a tag, and their cleaners follow the instructions on the tag. My duvet cover has a tag that says DRY CLEAN only, but they also water washed it, and shrank it. They said it's impossible they shrank it, because cotton doesn't shrink. Got pants re—hemmed as the threading was braking off. Unfortunately the new hemming was done with a very thin thread that was not much better and very loose so Now I have had to take it to another alteration shop for another 20 dollars

I had a lost shirt. Fletchers could not find it so the reimbursed me the purchase amount.
