I’ve been a customer for many many years. I continue to use the Fredericksburg Road location because of Mary. If it wasn’t for her I may have switched by now. She is always prompt and professional. She takes pride in the work that is put out by this location. I bring clothes weekly and spend an average of about $60 each time. There’s been multiple times when I’ve had issues such as the sleeves or sides of shirts not being pressed or my blouses have been shrunk. However Mary has always addressed and fix the situation. Incredibly rude and completely a rip off Brought a dress in that had a zipper come off and I was simply to lazy to fix it in 5 minutes and they charged me $50 for it Not giving me a quote up front And then when I complained I was told they aren’t allowed to give upfront quotes or estimates , which I know is not true… I guess this is what you get for trusting people that this wasn’t disclosed when I dropped it off and was simply told yeah we got it and just made me pay it when I picked up . Never going back here again

It was my first time at this location and I can’t wait to take more clothes. Stains have come off that no one ever tried to get rid of. Silvia makes it 10 times better w her attentiveness and top notch customer service.
