To be honest I was disappointed not to see Mary there any longer. The service I received was great but when you have been with someone 5+ years you grow a loyalty to them & the organization. Mary provided exceptional customer service. Your store is completely out of my route but I’d go out of my way because of her. At this point I don’t know if I’ll switch but we’ll see.
