Mary at the Fredericksburg store is a wonderful representative for 5 Star Cleaners. She always welcomes customers with a big smile and makes you feel special.

I go there for one specific reason and that is the great customer service displayed by Mary. I can go to many other cleaners that are closer to where I live but because she has taken care of me for 5+ years I wouldn’t go anywhere else. She’s the best!

Great service and nice employees
Excellent service and kind receptionist- very knowledgeable and helpful with dry cleaning services. Price was a little high but I will definitely return.
The staff was friendly and helpful. Clothes were promised when told. Plus the service was excellent.
