We are very happy with the service, and the quality of the work. The only issue we ever have is that sometimes the collars on the shirts/blouses are not pressed properly.
A huge frustration for me was solved. I was continually having to repress my collar on my shirts as the crease was off center. The very first time I used your company not only were the collars perfect,but there was a plastic holder attached to my shirt button keeping the collar in place. This service is exceptional, from the customer service to the many people who are involved. The e-mail notifications are a plus as sometimes I get my order earlier than scheduled.
