The informational emails when my clothes were ready for pick up, and the 24/7 drop off service is unbeatable! The clientele at Elite did an amazing job caring for my bridesmaid's dress and wrapped it entirely when I picked it up so it would keep nicely in my closet until its next use, so well done.
