Convenience for pick up and drop off is a big plus with my hectic travel schedule. Although I haven't tried it yet, I like the option of having mini alterations made as needed (e.g. broken zipper, etc.)

Free drop and delivery with automatic button repair is a great benefit. All my clothes were well cleaned and pressed, and on time. Only negative is that they are a bit pricey, but I definitely will continue using in the future.
