I selected Elite Cleaners based on so many favorable Yelp reviews. I was greeted warmly and given many options to make drop off/pick up of my clothing very convenient. Their attention to detail was evident in the cleaning of my clothing as well as in the way they run their business. Higher prices than my previous cleaners, but worth it since my clothing looked so much better! Fabulous customer service from the staff and the owner!
Great experience! new to area and googled dry cleaners in the area. The first thing that attracted me was the hours , open until 9PM most nights, excellent as I travel a lot and forget to pick up dry cleaning in time. When I went into the store the clerk that waited on me far exceeded my expectations! She went above and beyond in my eyes, but she kept saying we like to keep our customers happy and this is just part of my job! So impressed! The shirts looked great and the on time deliver is Amazing. The convenience of having a deliver service for not much more $ is well worth it.
It was my first time dry cleaning with you guys. It was a pretty straightforward process.
The staff was friendly, professional and quick. When I picked up my clothing, everything was hung up nicely with the sleeves of my jackets stuffed to help keep the shape. I have been all over Phoenix looking for places to carefully dry clean my special work clothing. Elite now tops my list.
Great quality, Customer Service and love the tag system
I took my wedding dress into Elite Cleaners to have it cleaned so I could sell it. There was quite a lot of dirt around the bottom of the skirt - and several layers of lace and tulle to work with. I did a lot of research before trusting Elite with my dress -- and I am happy to say they did not disappoint! Ana is the wedding dress specialist there and she did a fantastic job! Thank you to the whole team for all their help in cleaning this amazing piece of clothing-- the next owner will have a dress as good as new!
