I took my white ruffled duvet cover and matching white ruffled shams there to be dry cleaned. The duvet cover came back with the ruffles missing. The shams came back with gray ruffles.
For the third visit in a row, I asked for heavy starch on dress shirts. For the third visit in a row, I didn't received what I asked for. And, no way to log in to receive the coupons I signed up to get.

The service is ok
Unfortunately I will no longer be using this service again. Upon arriving to pickup my laundry at the Springdale location it was discovered that my order was dropped off at Fayetteville off of Center Street. Therefore I went an hour out of my way to pick it up since I needed to be on the road and couldn’t wait for the truck to arrive with it. At first I thought I would just brush it off. The service was great and all but it’s way way way way to expensive, honestly I’ve had my clothes dry cleaned since i was 17 and i though it was all fine until i moved here to Arkansas and knowing how expensive it is in California i though is was even cheaper here, but this place is 5 times more expensive than California, sorry but i won’t be coming there again!
“Lost” a pillow that had sentimental significance and I keep getting an email about a shirt I picked up long ago-and “paid” with a credit from the “lost” pillow. Highly disappointed in the whole experience.
