Great, quality service and super-friendly staff!
I have requested and it is in my record to hang sweaters. This week you folded and placed on a hanger. I had to iron after paying you for a service. Your people evidently don’t read.
They lost my laundry. When I stopped in to pick up my laundry after receiving a text notification, the clerk could not find it. Though it showed as being in the store in their computer system. Clerk told me they would notify me whenever it was found. Heard nothing for a couple of weeks. So stopped in to check again. This time they had it. When I commented that it had been “lost”, the clerk disagreed, laughingly pointing out they simply had my last name spelled incorrectly on their tag. My suit was returned with stains on it that I don’t remember being there. Maybe they were, but isn’t that what the cleaning is for??
Alterations was not done at all but they choose to make me pay for them and no one called to tell Me if they was ready after three weeks WILL NOT EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE NOT EVER DO BUSINESS AGAIN Pants was suppose to be ready by 4/2 for a importance banquet I needed to attended instead I had to purchase another pair of pants
First time coming here and they had come in twice because the belt had gotten stuck and they couldn't get the tux out to give to me after it was ready
Very dissatisfied; 5 months of hassles! Quality name brand men’s suit coat, uncleaned for several trips, lost buttons, replacements not suitable, buttons on 2 sleeves look like a child sewed them on; lapel buttons cause the front panels to look buckled! Professional work: NO, NO, NO! Will take the coat back to Dillards for PROFESSIONAL alterations!
Dropped on monday before noon two shirts that I was needing for a business trip. Came back Tuesday they weren’t ready, told me to come back later. I came back after that and they couldn’t find these. Told me to come back Wednesday. My flight was Wednesday afternoon so I came back Wednesday morning and these weren’t ready. What a waste of time and inconvenience for my plans. Not coming back.
The lady that waited on me on July 7th at about 1:30p (I wish I knew her name), she has many years of experience in dry cleaning and is an exceptional employee. She was there 2 weeks ago when I dropped off my cleaning. I drove up to the drive through and she knew my NAME! How awesome was that!! She listened to my concerns and made everything right! I will certainly recommend Elite and will drive all the way from Prairie Grove to drop off my cleaning. Sharon Lloyd 479-879-4173
