I have used the service for several years but today, the service was bad. The "honey-you" to death hiding their misunderstanding of the promotions "they" published and of their misunderstanding of the "system" they use to change for services. It is only a few dollars, but honest services are unvaluable. Good luck everyone!!
We took a blanket in and it came Back smelling horrible. We took it back in and it still stinks. We will head back tomorrow and hope they can make it right or replace.

I brought my coupon in when I brought The quilt in to be cleaned. Sent my som on Sat and he was charged 28.00 instead of 15.00. Do not care for this kind of mistakes Makes me very uneasy about coming back?
Way over priced. Friendly staff, but way over priced. No response after sending email complaint. They sent me an email to do a review instead. So here it is. Beyond frustrated. Go somewhere else.
I always ask for heavy starch on my jeans and they are never they always put light on my jeans and heavy on my shirts!
I wish you still had discounts for repeat customers. I have been a weekly customer for at least 5 years but your prices have gone up and there are no coupons or repeat customer visits.
