Had horrible grease stain (from move) on my suede couch cushion and they got it out!!!! Very friendly staff!!!
I took some white jeans in to have an Ink spot removed. You did not get the ink out and still charged me $7. Too much money for doing nothing

Nancy, I am sorry for your experience! Whomever helped you when you first dropped them off, should have told you we could not guarantee the spot would be removed. I would be happy to try again, at no charge. If you feel as if they are unwearable with the ink spot on them we can try some more harsh methods that may remove the stain, but there is also the possibility we could change the color of the entire garment at the same time.
