Prices are just too high
If I could, I would not give them a single star. Extremely bad service following with unprovoked attitude. Apparently the lady had a bad and frustrating day ….. Is that a reason for a customer to be treated in such a manner? To make things worse, the manager was present and did not jump in to remedy the situation. I have never been exposed to such a horrific customer service in NWA and I lived here for 14 years. Much appreciated Elite Cleaners..... I will never return nor recommend this business to anybody.
HORRIBLE. Lost my dress and had no empathy or even common decency to care. Not to mention this was a dress to wear to a wedding…

Caitlin, I appreciate your feedback and apologize for your experience. I looked into it and what it came down to is we did not communicate with you the time it would take to clean and get back to you. Whenever you dropped the dress off, whomever helped you should have told you it would take a couple extra days. With dresses like the one your brought in we hang dry them to ensure there is no damage from drying. Therefore, it takes an extra day, and they did not explain this to you. I relocated to Fayetteville several months ago and elite cleaners is the only cleaners I have used since I’ve been here. I have been very happy with the quality of the dry cleaning but, a pair of my very nice slacks were not included in my cleaning when I picked everything up and no one at the cleaners seems to care that I am missing a pair of my slacks! I have gone 3 times abs never has the stain been able to be removed. This last time I had spilled a clear liquid. I took it here and the stain didn’t come out but I had to pay $13. I came home threw it in the wash and it came out. How was I able to clean it but a professional cleaning service wasn’t for the third time.
My husband got motor oil all down the sleeve of his sport coat. A lot of motor oil. I can’t even tell now which sleeve it was.
