It seems lately that the customer service has been less than expected or previously experienced. At times the attendants seem put off to actually provide service. They have also appeared to operate at a very slow pace. Enough so, that we have considered selecting another dry cleaners.
Everything was great except the girl that was at the door taking my laundry. She never answered my questions and didn’t say 2 words. You should find someone who is customer friendly.
I’ve been visiting the College Ave Fayetteville location for over 10 years! I know good quality customer service and I’m willing to pay a small premium when I know the staff truly cares more about the customer than themselves. I’ve recently found the staff to be rude, dismissive, slow and disrespectful. It’s sad! It just looked like it was pressed but not cleaned
Please do not take your garments to this cleaner. I dropped off a duster/cardigan that was brand new . My dog unfortunately peed on it so of course my next step was to have a profesional clean it. I picked up the cardigan today and it had three snags. Two big significant ones that would make the cardigan unwearable IMO. In addition to the snags there's also a what looks to be a paint stain ?? We do not have an employee named Sally, but a couple staff members with similar names, so we would like to figure out who helped you over the phone and address it and learn from it as needed. I didn't enjoy dealing with a machine. I also didn't get notified when my stuff was ready. I had to call several weeks later to see if it was ready to be picked up. Also ever since I used the machine I have been getting spam texts and calls.
Called for pick up… close to closing but assured it was ok.. within 5 mins. 7:00 door locked but someone was still there. Arrive at 7:45next day … attendant was impersonal & was not pleasant. First time ever so hopefully the last🙃
to much trouble … no where to hang clothes while retrieving and pricing getting out of control .. no follow up on pieces not on time …
My bra insert was messed up in the dress. Dress came with stains that wasn’t there prior
