A very nice job was done on the alteration and cleaning of my coat. There were two reasons I didn’t give five stars: 1. I was not notified that my coat was ready and it was not ready on the day listed on the ticket and 2. When I went to pick it up on a Saturday about a half hour before closing, the office was locked up and no one was there so I had to use the self service kiosk.
