As far as quality and timeliness, I never have any issues with Elite. However, I’m always amazed at the rudeness of the employees. I almost said, “sorry for stopping by!” yesterday when I picked up my dry cleaning because the employee looked so angry and put out that I was interrupting her day. This seems to happen each time I stop by.
I love the drive through window or door. To drop off and pick up. It makes it so easy. The item cleaned looked perfect !
