It was my first time getting dry cleaning done with Eagle Cleaners. I went to pick up my completed order and the doors were locked as it was about 10 minutes after closing time. Several employees were inside and took the time to let me in to get my order. I'm impressed!
Totally impressed w/the packaging for taking my comforter home. I have not opened it all the way up yet as I need to purchase a duvet for it. The one thing that I did notice is that the binding has come off in one area (near the "care" tag). This was not the case prior to taking it in to be cleaned. The binding (approx. 12") is still attached on both ends, however I did notice a fraying of attached binding close to where the binding has come unattached.
