New customer, i called and they sent someone over the next day to pick up my dry cleaning. Very quick, easy, and reliable.
great having pick up at Midtown...this was one of my husband's favorite coats and the first time it's been cleaned.... Nice to have it refreshed! Thumbs up from my husband!
It was my first time getting dry cleaning done with Eagle Cleaners. I went to pick up my completed order and the doors were locked as it was about 10 minutes after closing time. Several employees were inside and took the time to let me in to get my order. I'm impressed!
Totally impressed w/the packaging for taking my comforter home. I have not opened it all the way up yet as I need to purchase a duvet for it. The one thing that I did notice is that the binding has come off in one area (near the "care" tag). This was not the case prior to taking it in to be cleaned. The binding (approx. 12") is still attached on both ends, however I did notice a fraying of attached binding close to where the binding has come unattached. Everything was great! I actually got referred by another cleaner in victor who couldn't do a same day service. They said you do good work, and I agree! Thanks for the quick turnaround on my suit.
Clothes seem well cared for and clean. I was surprised at the cost of items. Higher than expected.

My experience with Eagle Cleaners was so wonderful, that I have referred you to my family and friends already. The staff was warm yet totally professional. My suede jacket that was cleaned does have a chemical smell that is unfamiliar. I know it was sent to your leather connection in Buffalo. I have it airing out and hope it goes away so I can wear it. I was giving it time before I contacted you for some advise on what else I can do? Thank you so much.
