Everything is always perfect. prompt pickup and delivery.
Love the convenience of the pickup and drop off service and the cleaning results are fairly good. However, be cautious about items with belts or sashes, mine have often come back missing and unable to be located by them. Also if you have expensive delicate fabric items as it may come back with prick marks on them.
