My experience has been good. Pickups has been on time as schedule. Cleanings show some personal touch in taking care of clothing items.

The pick-up & delivery get a 5 Star Rating from us as well as the cleaning. I have 1 concern though. The week before Mother’s Day 2023 I sent my Silk Blouse to be cleaned, so that I could wear it ON MOTHER’S DAY with my matching pants. All my other cleaning was delivered, but my blouse was LOST & NEVER FOUND. (Nothing has happened since I reported it to the Manager. I’m upset that I NO LONGER have my pant suit to wear.)
