Despite our instructions this company does the most expensive cleaning process available. Horrible service. They take advantage of people. Will never use again.
Not as good as they used to be. It was obvious that ownership has changed. I came to Dutch Boy because I liked creased sleeves & if buttons needed to be replaced or sewn back on that was part of the custom service they offered,-NOT ANY MORE! Also they over starch the jeans.!! I love the home pick up & delivery & if I could find another I would try them out for comparison!
