Even though I was always told that it would be 4 days, I always receive an e-mail on day 3 that my order is ready. Love that kind of service.
Way too many emails. Not enough coupons.
I have not had one issue with the dry cleaning pick up and delivery....everything is picked up and dropped off on the days promised and in a timely manner. I really appreciate it because it saves time in my schedule!!!
New Albany Cleaners is great. They pick up dry cleaning twice a week and deliver also. If there is a question they call to confirm things. Great friendly service.
Fantastic job! Employees are very friendly and professional. Only thing I will say is that sometimes my shirts come back without collar stays. Keep up the good work!
Very nice and efficient as usual.
I've had good experiences except for 2 things- one pair of jeans I had hemmed are not hemmed to the correct length and another pair is not stitched properly on the inside of one of the pant legs. Is there anything that can be done? Thank you
