We have been using Dublin Cleaners for many years now and have NEVER had a bad experience. Would highly recommend them to family and friends - and even to strangers!!!!
The product services and customer services are outstanding. Special recognition needs to go to Sue (weekend) & Tammy (weekday). They treat me as the customer very special & always ask if there is anything they and Dublin Cleaners can do for me. If I do have an issue, I can present it and they will address and respond courteously and professionally. That service makes me want to return which I have for more than 20+ years. Thank you to them and all Dublin Cleaners personnel that make the business work for their customer.

I get great service from Tammy. In addition there have been a couple times when an item was ruined and Dublin Cleaners was very fair in getting the matter resolved.
I always have a positive experience when I interact with the friendly employees that assist me when I drop off or pick up my orders, and the only less than satisfactory experience I had was getting a special occasion evening dress cleaned. It had to be cleaned twice to get rid of the deodorant stains and some stains on the hem, and even then the stains were't completely removed. But overall, I am very happy with with Dublin-New Albany Cleaners!
Very friendly attendants. Had a wedding type dress with various parts cleaned. The attendants answered questions very nicely and were helpful. The dress was in perfect condition. Thanks. Will most definitely return.
