I use your Linworth store on Dublin-Granville. The service there is great. Sue always has a smile that brightens my day. She knows I'm coming in late on Friday, and she normally has my shirts waiting by the front desk. Sue is a great ambassador for your company.
They did a very good job on my wedding dress. The fixed the train, some beads that fell off, and cleaned my dress. They then sealed it in an air tight container with a "window" in it so you could see the dress. They then put it inside box that was then covered with a fabric sleeve. After that they put it into another box. And finally put plastic over it so it would not get wet when being shipped. They went all out to make sure my dress was saved. Thank you guys. I contacted Dublin Cleaners about their wedding gown cleaning and preservation and the manager, Margaret, contacted me right away and was great with giving me all the information. She was very helpful and super friendly when scheduling me to bring my dress in. I brought my wedding dress to the Dublin Cleaners plant location back in January to get it cleaned and preserved and just received it back last week.
