The staff at Dublin Cleaners do a great job on shirts, wool skirts, down quilts, and everything else! I always enjoy talking with Sue, I feel like she personally makes sure my order is correct and ready on time. (But, I suspect she may have some help...) AND I really appreciate the email when my items are ready for pick up!
I visit your Linworth store in Worthington and always enjoy coming in. The ladies there are always a pleasure and my clothes come back looking crisp and brand new !! Everyone always continues to do an outstanding job on everything I bring in, dry cleaning and alterations.
I recently moved and now use the Dublin store on Franz. I had been a Linworth customer for many years. I have continued to receive the same great service at the new location from Jessica that I always had from Sue in Linworth. Jessica is always friendly and efficient.
The service is great, Demetria at Dublin is so friendly. I stopped going to another cleaner because the staff was rude to me multiple times. I like that they notify me by email when my order is ready and what the cost will be.
Dublin Cleaners goes the extra step in service with my dry cleaning. I love that they put collar stays in my dress shirts for me. They also point out whenever spots have been treated. The small sewing repairs that I have needed to be done were always excellent. I won't go anywhere else!
After trying several other dry cleaner establishments, I have returned to Dublin Cleaners which does, by far, the best job of taking care of my clothes. I also appreciate the friendly service and reasonable prices.
